Setina is developing as a family business adviser through supporting existing advisers on family governance and finance assignments. Setina has coached family members, particularly the next generation, through the family governance process, to help them uncover “what they don’t know” and provide them guidance as they identify their pathway forward as leaders of their family and/or family business.

Setina has completed her Certificate in Family Business Advising through the Family Firm Institute, the global leading association for family enterprise professionals. Setina is pivotal in the communication between clients and advisers, particularly assisting families to start their own family offices.
