David Harland, is FINH’s Managing Director. He has recently published an article in the QBR  journal ABC Australasian Bus and Coach about some guidelines to grow your business efficiently.

The article can be viewed here and it gives a set of principles which will act as a guideline for family business when times get tough. Focusing on the company culture and values, implementing clear and formal structures, and balancing the need for healthy family relationships with the responsibilities of running a business, are some of the lessons learned from those who are growing their business successfully and which FINH works closely with their clients on.
